Art Poster Contest
Nursing Education in Southwestern Alberta (NESA) through the School of Health Sciences at the U of L and the Nursing Department at LCC, are sponsoring an art poster contest. All university or college students are invited to create a computer generated design and submit it as a full color poster (8.5" X 14") that will be used to visually "thank" the clinical preceptors that work with our nursing students. Possible themes include: caring, compassion, appreciation and collaboration. Quotes from nursing students regarding their clinical experiences will be added to the winning poster. The posters will be sent to clinical sites throughout Southern Alberta for display on bulletin boards and in staff coffee rooms. There is a $100 prize for the winning entry. Upon completion of the judging, the winner will be asked to submit an electronic copy of the winning submission. Please submit your poster to Wendy Herbers.SOHS
